Nikki Rumph is the founder and owner of Shots by Nik, an Atlanta-based brand photography company that's all about elevating black businesses through strategic, high-impact photography, Nik is a force to be reckoned with. But that's not all – she's also a dedicated educator, empowering photographers to run their businesses with savvy and sustainability.

Armed with degrees in Consumer Sciences, Sports Management, and Business from Tennessee State University and the University of Memphis, Nik is a master at blending creativity with business smarts. For her, strategy is key in everything she does, and that's reflected in her approach to every single client and photographer she works with.

When she's not busy slaying brand shoots or sharing her wealth of knowledge with fellow photographers, you can catch Nik at the gym, sipping on a frozen margarita, or cozying up at home with some juicy episodes of Sistas on BET. She's the definition of a powerhouse – and she's just getting started.
